They allowed me to step away from this world to slow my heart rate down, and get away from the constant thought of needing to respond to an email; finding some relaxation and pause in my day. I also had the opportunity to do gentle exercises in my legs and hip-flexors to also help with relaxation and stretching in my body. I love the eye pillow and essential oil Mari uses in her sessions that add to the comfort of the practice! The sessions embodied comfort, ease and relaxation in my mind and my body.”
